OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE

Host: Rockland USA, LLC (“The Host”) Program: Bingo with Balls (“The Game”)

By participating in The Game, all players (“Participants”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Host, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Limitation of Liability & Technical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Rockland USA, LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game.

Technical Failures: The Host assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Host is not responsible for:

  • Any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software.
  • Failure of email, mobile applications, or game software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
  • Injury or damage to Participants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Game.

Force Majeure: If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Host which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, Rockland USA, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game.

2. Progressive Jackpot: Mechanics & Verification

The “Progressive Jackpot” is a special prize distinct from standard round wins. Due to the complexity of the mechanics involving the “Treasure Chest,” automated software triggers are not the final authority.

Manual Verification Clause: In the event that the automated game software fails to trigger a win, or triggers a win in error, Rockland USA, LLC reserves the right to perform a manual review of the gameplay logs and video recording. The Host has the final authority to manually verify or disqualify a Jackpot win based on the visual evidence of the main streamer game board and the correct sequence of events.

Required Sequence to Win the Jackpot: To be eligible for the Progressive Jackpot, a Participant must successfully complete ALL of the following steps in the exact order listed. Failure to meet any single condition results in disqualification from the Jackpot prize:

  1. Valid Entry: The Participant must be an active player with a valid, registered game card on their mobile device or computer for the current round.
  2. Treasure Chest Assignment: The “Treasure Chest Special Ball” must be called during the game. Following this, a Wheel Spin must select the Participant (or their group/color) to be assigned the Treasure Chest.
  3. Number Match: The Participant must possess the specific number assigned to the Treasure Chest on their valid bingo card.
  4. Icon Inclusion: The Participant’s winning Bingo pattern (line, shape, or coverall) must explicitly include the Treasure Chest Diamond Icon.
  5. First to Call: The Participant must be the first player to successfully claim/call “Bingo” over all other potential winners. Simultaneous calls or second-place calls do not qualify for the Jackpot.

3. General Contest Rules

Eligibility:

  • Participation is open only to individuals who are of legal age in their respective jurisdiction.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of Rockland USA, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the Jackpot.
  • The Game is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Disqualification: The Host reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be:

  • Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game.
  • Acting in violation of these Official Rules.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or cheat software.
  • Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Prizes and Payouts:

  • All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the sole discretion of the Host.
  • Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within a specified time period to claim the Jackpot.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Game constitutes the winner’s consent to The Host’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

4. Disputes

By participating, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the jurisdiction of Rockland USA, LLC’s incorporation.
